I was really encouraged by this last week's "Biggest Loser" program! It had a challenge with the three obese young people to see if they could beat their fitness scores from their first test 8 weeks ago. Those kids were awesome! It was obvious they had been working and really doing their best to get into better shape! It made me stop and think about myself and my progress. Have I really been trying, or am I leaving it up to chance? I think it's obvious I've been giving my fitness a lick and a promise and going nowwhere real fast! So my goal is to spend this next 5% challenge working hard on my fitness. I will take the test (according to SP) at the beginning of the challenge and then compare my results at the end of the challenge. I plan on having someone with me to clock me, and I will do my best. If there are things I cannot accomplish, I will just have to find something to replace it that fits my needs, I look forward to this, really I do, so why am I shaking?
