I have to repost.... my last blog was deleted. Because I linked to my website (which was NOT a direct link to any ebook selling page). However, it really bugged me, so I am reposting and leaving out all links.
Anyhow, I'm very excited about my new eBook! It really is ground breaking. I believe that I'm the first one to write any kind of cook book that contains grain free pasta recipes.
I dedicated the book to my Grampa Rocky (short for Rocco). He was a chef and owner of El Rocco's in Toronto Ontario. In the Little Italy area.... That's him on the cover.
