    There has been a lot of discussion about corporate morality lately. This usually applies to the environment, labor or financial investments. We need to find some way to get food companies to apply this concept to the foods the offer to us. We need to find a way to make these companies pay for their sales of foods that are killing our population.

    I have journeyed to my center through spark team support to find the food woes and get better. I am gluten-free, citric acid sulfite yeast and processed food intolerant. I went from autoimmune with total body 24-7 pain fibromyalgia like averaging 2 hrs of sleep per night to nearly pain free and sleep 6 plus each night a serious lifestyle change. All this by learning better listening to my body for what it has to tell me. I cannot seem to recharge well this will be my next goal then exercise is doctor approved. Mental or physical wary, I do not know? I am looking to clear the stumbling blocks.

    I ‘nutrify’ through pharmaceutical purity of my clean foods and supplements then rethink social demands. Losing weight should not mean diminished self esteem.
