Just wanted to introduce myself

Hi All, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Desiree and I have begun this journey for what seems like the millionth time. I hope this time it will stick.     It will stick if you WANT it to. All up to you and no one else.

I use to live in Navy Housing in Los Alamitos, Ca. and the little neighbor girl was named Desiree. That was in 1978. She'd be about 37 now. Her parents moved to San Diego. Pretty name.

We have all been there that we tried every diet out there, but this site offers you great tools to learn to loose weight without a diet- it helps you to loose weight by eating healthier and being more active. At the beginning it will look like you spend so much time getting used to all the tools, but you won't regret it. There are so many inspiring people on here and you will see how important it is because we all have similar goals and motivate each other.
