So unmotivated

Wednesday, February 20, 2013

My boyfriend Butch is moving to NY in 3 weeks. i cannot wait to see him. He will be living with me until we find a better house to live in. My tiny little trailer i share with Tracy and Barkley and 2 cats.
I have been trying to eat healthy for the most part but still snacking a lot. Barely any exercise except what I get at work. My job is very strenuous, a lot of lifting, and I really work all my muscles in my whole body. We walk a couple miles a day at work also but i know I need to do more. I just have been so unmotivated to do much else. Seems like I'm always tired and I know exercise will make me less tired.
Can't wait for warmer weather and the opportunity to get outside more. It's been so cold here this winter. I'm ready for spring.

Kim, I feel the same way. It gets kind of hard to be motivated when the weather is yucky. But the days are starting to get longer, so hopefully things will improve for both of us :-)

Have a great weekend!

I'm glad your boyfriend will be there to help you thru the rest of the cold weather. Sounds like your getting enough exercise, you just need to get your rest also. Wishing you the best for rest of your winter. Hang in there girlfriend. emoticon emoticon

If your job is strenuous and you're walking I should think that's enough for anyone.
You don't have to don a leotard and haul dumb bells to be working out.
If I remember you enjoy gardening,,,,,,,,,,spring is near. A great way to unwind from a stressful job and keep fit.

Glad to hearButch is parking his toothbrush with you! emoticon Good luck!
