Earlier this year I set a goal of holding the Crow Pose for at least a minute. I haven't been practicing but last night decided to go for it, & held it for 65 seconds. Yipee!
Also got one step closer to doing 10 intentional acts of kindness, & donated to the American Lung Association. My friend is doing one of their Fight for Air Climb. He's pledging to climb 40 flights of stairs (approx. 6 hours of work).

Finally, DH suggested I try doing some plyo pull-ups, & I got them on my first attempt last night.
