Encouraging Others to Keep Pushing

Wednesday, February 20, 2013

I am a member at my local YMCA. I go there 2 to 3 times a week to work out. The past few weeks I have been going, I have noticed women complimenting other women and encouraging them along. it is really sweat to see and hear. I have had a few smaller women who have made positive comments to me and one who offered to help me make a workout plan in the weight room. We need to support each other and create a positive environment no matter the size of the person or level of activity. Negativity will just cause them to give up.

I agree. People need encouragement .They don't need to be putting others down because they do look or act like them. This journey isn't easy on anyone. I think it's great that we are all trying to do this. Keep it up!

When you give encouragement to someone else it will come back to you, maybe not by that person but through someone else. It is a spiritual law that when we plant a seed it produces a harvest! Keep on encouraging others and you will be encouraged as well!

God bless you! May you experience great success in your journey to healthy living! emoticon emoticon

I always say that encouragement and motivation we get ourselves just makes it easier to give to others .... they need it too ! I love the Y .... I miss my water aerobics but plan on going back when the weather stays warmer ..... soooooo cold getting out of the water .... Roc
