Weather Wednesday!

I had a big day planned yesterday but nothing happened. We got a freak snow storm up here on the mountain. It dumped a little over 2 inches with an hour. Shut the plans down! My driveway is steep and my roads are mountainous! Makes for a very dangerous situation even with the slightest bit of snow. So I was home bound yesterday. I did get my exercise by shoveling the snow when it stopped and doing my daily challenge. Today, the sky is clear and the sun is shinning beautifully! I am hoping your day is just a clear and lovely as mine!

The challenge continues:

2/3/13 - 2 sets (10 to 12 reps) wall push ups
2/4/13 - 2 sets (10 to 12 reps) squats
2/5/13 - 2 sets (10 to 12 reps) bicep curls
2/6/13 - 30 jumping jacks
2/7/13 - 30 squats!
2/8/13 - 2 sets (12 reps) shoulder shrugs
2/9/13 - 2 sets (12 reps) triceps dips
2/10/13-20 crunches!
2/11/13 - 2 sets (12 reps) lateral shoulder raises
2/12/13 - 2 sets (12 reps) calf raises
2/13/13 - 2 sets (12 reps) bridges
2/14/13 - 10 minutes of aerobic exercise!
2/15/13 - 2 sets (12 reps) lying abductions
2/16/13 - 2 sets (10 to 12 reps) over head presses
2/17/12 - A day of rest from this challenge but still getting some exercise!
2/18/13 - 2 sets (10 to 12 reps) dumbbell chests presses
2/19/13 - 2 sets (10 to 12 reps) seated leg extensions
2/20/13 - 2 sets (10 to 12 reps) dumbbell side bends.

    When life gives you snow... exercise! lol.
    I'm jealous of everyone that has received a decent snowfall this year. The most we had was 1/4" which melted to mud the next day. Lots of cold, but very little snow.

    Oh, you missed the morning snow then. That came between my morning walk and leaving for work. Around 6 AM. Way to keep at it!
