Day 1

Day 1 has come and gone, and how did I do? Pretty darn good!

I walked 15 minutes during lunch, and another 20 or so at home with my family after work. I also did 5 sets/10 reps of body squats, so I'm definitely feeling that today!

I plan to walk during lunch again today and, well, every day. It's really easy to burn away the entire lunch hour sitting behind your desk, either while you eat or while you surf the web.

So here's to day 1, and many, many successful days to day at a time.
