Beating the temptation

Today, like many days, I am surrounded by temptation. I came into work today to find someone brought in freshly made peanut butter cookies. The place they left them is literally right in front of my desk. On top of that someone else brought in donuts and left them in a spot right by the coffee pot. Well, I am happy to report that I have managed to keep my will power up and resist this temptation. I just have to keep reminding myself of the reason why I am saying no:

Want to lose weight
Want to look good when I go on vacation next month
Want to avoid the health problems that comes from making bad food choices

Now I just need to be able to apply this will power to my workouts (exercise minutes for the week at 0). I need a kick in the butt for that. emoticon

    Great going!! Picture all of those who ate some, as getting fatter each day, but you somehow get thinner!! Now THAT is cool!

  Proud of you for not giving in to temptation. Here's a "kick " for getting going on the exercise. Just start out with a 10 minute walk. You can gradually increase it as time permits or do it in 10min segments several times a day.
