So, here goes folks! I'm excited to travel this journey and to see where it takes me. My sister and I will be working out with a personal trainer over the next 5 months to get in primo shape for her wedding in July. She and I will also be working on our diet and plan to go grocery shopping together once a week to pick up the ingredients for our meal plans and hanging out afterwords to prep everything for the week. Along with quitting smoking and getting in better shape, my goal is to lose 45 pounds and hers is to lose 25. It will be nice to have a partner in this and I'm sure we'll motivate each other along the way. Cheers to flat stomachs and lean legs! Now! Let's do this thing.
