I have been eating lots of fruits and vegetables and much less carbs than before>The only probem has been a feeling of pain in the bowels due to the change of diet ,I hope it would go away soon.Other than that,I fee really light and good.I will weigh myself after 10 days,because I really feel motivated and don't want to feel disappointed in case my weight hasn't changed.I haven't been physically active for two days because of my knee pain but I will do some workout ater today.Yes ,I should shed these pounds!
