5K Training Week 1 Day 1

My average pace was 4.275 mph. That's a personal accomplishment. As a new runner, former anti-runner I'm really happy with my success. Before my fastest speed was 4 mph (the jog button on the treadmill). I peaked at 5 mph in 3 out of 8 of the jog segments of my interval training.
