Hi ho my sparky followers,
I am doing better. I am still working with my Winter Melt Montly challanges. I am doing 10-20 minutes of cardio in the mornings. I am getting in my water. So that is great! I need to work on logging my food. I don't know why I can't do it. I work at a computer all day, I have the app on my phone and I work on Homework most nights (on the computer).
Hubby got me a fit bit in October. I used to get 2500 steps now I am up to 3-5000. My goal is to do at least 5000 a day. I know it isn't the recommended 10,000 but I sit so much with my job I am trying to get what I can! I know when it warms up I will do better with it!
We are suppose to get a wintery mix tonight. If I don't work I don't get paid but I hope to have a snow day tomorrow. We only work a half day. I would like to get some things done at the house.
