Faking it until I make it today. Weight was up again. Lower than the high I hit on Saturday but above last Wednesday's weighin. There are reasons but today is a new day and I must just do what needs to be done.
Goals for the day:
Get at least 20 out of 25 points for A Book Club challenge
Complete at least 1 report
Stick to dinner plan
Drink at least 96oz of water
Check out the exercise dvd from library
The other day I posted 6 of these signs all around the house. DH didn't really have to ask what it meant. Hoping that my MIL ignores them or doesn't make an issue of them. There are two in our bedroom, one above my desk, one at the top of the stairs, one by the front door, and one on the fridge. I was going to post a smaller one in the bathrooms but figured that it might be overkill.
