When others notice

In 2011 I lost 24 lbs.
In 2012 I lost 12 lbs.

No one noticed.

Today, people are beginning to notice.

Not in this for other's eyes, but it surely is nice when it happens.

    No, you're not in this for others' eyes/opinions, but it is THE BEST when they notice anyway! And I don't think there's a single thing wrong with getting a little high off friends and family telling you that you look good. Enjoy it! Bask in it! You did the work, you deserve to feel good!
