After my 10k this weekend, my cold got pretty bad. Someday I'll learn not to push it sick. I have a HARD time not showing up for a race I've committed to and paid for!
The schedule called for a couple days of rest, and that's just what I needed. Feeling MUCH better. Got 25 miles in on the bike trainer last night. Felt better after riding than before.
I didn't track calories the last few days. No binging, just eating what my body needed. I did alright, I'm down 2 lbs this week!
I'm loving all the running, but can't wait for more biking once the weather breaks! I can only ride so long on the indoor trainer. Anyway, on to the 10 miler in just less than 3 weeks.
