Yesterday, I carefully tried out slow water jogging again with one of my workout buddies. I felt good but tired last night from the workout. I was very careful to guard my left arm/shoulder as I worked out. I really had to reign in my tendency to work at a vigorous pace. It was hard but necessary. Today, I will meet one workout buddy at the gym and we will do the treadmill and the bike. I'm really loving these new pieces of equipment that have individual televisions. I get to catch up on reruns of my favorite shows that I seem to regularly miss. I look forward to working out with my buddy. She keeps me on track and I miss very few workout sessions! She says the same about me!
