After a really bad week (of eating and exercise), I am coming to grips with the fact that the scale is registering 8 lbs heavier and my clothes are fitting tighter. I've felt bloated and gassy and just downright gross.
It's time to recommit and get back to logging food and exercising with more intensity! (I feel like I recommit every other week! Ha ha!) Better to keep fighting than to give up.
