Back to reality

After a really bad week (of eating and exercise), I am coming to grips with the fact that the scale is registering 8 lbs heavier and my clothes are fitting tighter. I've felt bloated and gassy and just downright gross.
It's time to recommit and get back to logging food and exercising with more intensity! (I feel like I recommit every other week! Ha ha!) Better to keep fighting than to give up.

    I stepped on the scale for the first time today & not good...tomorrow is a new day! Gods grace is sufficient for us. Right back at it... emoticon

    Thank you for your transparency. I too am struggling this week. I am afraid to step on the scale....LOL
