How to Reward

So...getting close to my first 10 pound loss and trying to decide on a reward that will be meaningful. Many times I've lost 5 or 6 pounds, and then just kind of stop and creep back up to where I started. I'm at 8 pounds gone, and am determined not to creep back up, but contine down. All the things I really like to do are sitting down(knitting, scrapbooking, reading, etc.) I think maybe I'll look into some activity that I haven't done ever or in a long time. It's time to start looking around.
