Up 4 pounds!
I've mentioned it before, and I'll say it again - only a number. Not freaking out, and here's why -
* I feel great. Yes, I ate a little much this weekend with my brother visiting and us getting takeout. That's life, and if the scale reports a little uptick, so be it. Again, I feel great.
* My clothes still fit just fine.
* My level of fitness still continues to shock me - ran a 6:57/mile yesterday at lunch, on the 421st day of running at least a mile, I've gotten to the point where I bang out a handful of chin-ups and 50+ push-ups with relative ease.
So yeah, up a few pounds. No sweat. :)
