Day #241 - Overtime...

not @ work but in my fitness corner. Yesterday I blogged that I had done my 30 minute wogging in the morning. I did go to the gym and did 60 minutes on the treadmill with about 15 minutes of incline. I also did 30 minutes on the elliptical and completed my 85 squats for the day. I ate well. One thing I didn't do... well two things...weights and plank. I came home from the gym, cooked dinner, prep my hair for a good cleansing. I washed and showered and ate dinner and the light bulb in my brain said hey --- you haven't done your weight training or planks. I say hey...I'm fresh and clean not going to happen tonight. I think 2 hours of exercise a day is way more than enough emoticon

I was eating my home cooked dinner of beef ribs, lima beans and sweet potato. Midway through the dinner something didn't taste ummm fresh. I couldn't determine if it was the meat or the sweet tater so I trashed it. I felt nauseous all nite like I was going to throw up. Needless to say I had another nite of no sleep. I didn't take the melotonin because for the past few nites I've been able to sleep without it. Last nite, nope didn't happen until almost 4 and I was awake at 5:10 emoticon

Today I'm back at work and my routine will be in check. I got the update from the BL@work challenge and although I didn't weigh last week my results from the 1st week was I lost 1# and .2 body fat. I will weigh in tomorrow though, can't miss more than 2 weigh-ins. Funny thing is a lot of people initially signed up but I noticed a lot didn't pay and several have not checked in yet. Hmmmm what's up with that?!!!

Today's schedule: gym, squats 95, plank 45 seconds and weights. Whew I'm making it work with these squats. I figure out how to break them up during, after or before my workouts. I guess as the number increases I'll have to spread them out a bit more. Almost there to complete this month's challenge. Been doing pretty good with the pre-planned training schedule, may need to keep this up!!!

Weigh-in at work tomorrow...working on not letting the results get the best of me. I will keep my focus on the pants that fit last Friday and my even venture to try on another pair that wouldn't !!!

    LOL I use to do those bathroom squats and wall push-ups guess I got to get back to it. Thanks

    You are definitely a gym rat! Good job on your workout! I do a set of squats every time I go to the restroom at work. Just an idea if you need to get more squats in!!
