So I had a gain of 2 pounds this week and you know what? I'm not freaking out over it.... I know exactly where it came from I know exactly what happened and I know exactly what to do to fix it. So I'm not stressed, I'm not angry, I'm not upset or crying or wondering why me?
I'm okay with this - I can fix it and I can do better and I will.
This morning I got up and got my breakfast ready to take to work - egg white english muffin w/mustard & cheese. Made sure my lunch (leftovers from dinner last night) was all packed and grabbed an apple & yogurt for snacks.
I've got chicken defrosting for dinner tonight - although I'm not sure what I'm doing with it - has to be quick though as I have church tonight.
All in all - I have a pretty solid plan laid out and it can only go up from here :)
