Goals for the Week of Feb 18-24

Last Week:

1 - Eat at least 6 fruits/veggies everyday.
2 - Eat a HEALTHY breakfast everyday.
3 - Celebrate a NSV this week.
4 - Stay within my sodium range.
5 - Read 1-2 books.
6 - Organize my clothes.
7 - Exercise at least 5 days this week.

How I Did:

1 - 3 out of 7 days. Hit 5 servings on the other days.
2 - Ate breakfast 5 out of 7 days, but these still weren't great. Usually a Nutri-grain bar or a banana.
3 - Did you see my muscles? :)
4 - Did MUCH better this week. I went over 3 days, but only by a small amount (17 points one day).
5 - Yes.
6 - Didn't do much here - too busy of a week!
7 - Absolutely!

This week:

Keeping the same goals as I didn't hit all of them. The ones I hit I think are worth repeating!
