I lost weight again today! Back down to 142.6. Finally! All I have to do to be sucessful is count calories, walk Bella, and do my workout video. And I have to remember it's okay to be a little hungry once in awhile. Darn weather is so cold but I'm going to walk this afternoon anyway. Yesterday I was even running because the sidewalks weren't shoveled and it's easier to run than trudge through the snow. Then I started pretending I was cross country skiing and now I have a date with John to ski Sat. morning. Should be beautiful since we're getting more snow tomorrow and/or Friday. Will post a pic.
