Tuesday - Turbo Fire (Jillian Michaels Circuit Training)

I wasn't sure when I was going to be able to fit this in and still go to bed at a decent hour. I was sitting in a very boring training that left me very unmotivated to do any work, so I took a "Me afternoon" and took the afternoon off. I called and moved up my hair appointment and was able to get this workout in after that before my dinner meeting. I did Turbo Fire 30 and Turbo Fire Sculpting 30. Man, do my arms feel it today.
I haven't logged my dinner yet, but I feel like I should be in my calorie range for the day.
I got my 8+ glasses of water in for the day.
Day 2 of 2 for the week for workouts!

    Good job getting it done! I'm confused by your Blog title though. Are you doing Beach Body Turbo Fire with Chalean? Are you doing along with the Jillian Michaels workout? That's intense!
