2013: Day 51 yup~a day for a weigh-in...

Good morning all! This morning I will volunteer at the hospital for a 3 hour shift, filling in for someone else..a great start to my day! After planning and preparing for my scrapbooking and card making for recent days I am ready for whatever the day brings-cards to finish-moods to lighten or just relaxing after this evening that will bring my weigh-in for the week which I am not thrilled to face..not been a terrific week food wise: meaning over cals somedays, too few others and not enough moving my body. On top of this? A hormone chaos week! I will only see, as a result of these things..a number that I may not be loving, but is deserved. This brings, yet again, some goals: finally getting in my waters like clockwork..freggies just about, moving my body? Still trying..For today I will reach these few:

    You got a plan and the is the first step. It is hard to get in all our body needs sometimes until we get in the habit of it. I love veggies . I have no problem eating them.My problem is in colder months getting in enough water,in warmer months I can. I don't drink allot of anything this time of year, I have to remind myself to drink, I am working on that. You can do it. Have a great day.
