Not eating enough

I seem to go days where I am active but not hungry. I pack my food to take with me to work, and don't eat much of it. Do any of you have this problem? What do you do to make sure you eat enough, when you don't feel hungry?

    This was the story of my life! I set my cell phone alarms to remind me to eat. My meals are all small, and I decide the night before what I will be eating. I hope you are able to work it out.

    I notice that when I eat more protein and less carbs then my hunger goes way down or hunger feelings just go away. Are you on a carb sparing diet? That could be the reason.
I also have set times that I eat my 3 meals and 2 snacks and don't vary more then about 30-40 minutes with those times. Then I just eat what I've prepared. But each meal is small and then it doesn't seem to overfill. And eating fruit 'wakes' my appetite up.
If I eat the same thing all the time for lunch, it seems like my body gets bored and then my hunger decreases. I also agree with the other posts, the more I work out, the hungrier I get.
Eating the food on my plan has become a routine just like the exercise, then I don't have to think much. It's just my 'prescription' to myself:
Fuel in + calories out through exercise = wt. loss

    I try to eat a few small meals throughout the day. Is that possible for you while working?

    Although we are told/asked to eat when hungry when I have those days when I'm not feeling hungry I "force" myself to eat many snack size meals during the day. Not eating enough can be as harmful as over eating. Try to get in the habit of eating something every 2-3 hours all day. Have a good day and keep sparking.

    I eat small meals every 2-3 hours. Now, that I'm working out more, my body tells me when it's hungry. So, try the small meals every 2-3 hours.

    Are you eating "small meals." The Shred by Dr. Ian, had a great method of when to get! Maybe google the program.

    I have trouble eating when I'm stressed out. I gently push myself to eat on those days.
