Doing what you should do is sometimes hard especially when you are going to get yourself in trouble, But if you make a mistake it so much easier in the long wrong to admit it and move on. You usually don't get into any more trouble than you thought. in fact you usually get in less and get a pat on the back.

The people I like here are the most honest. The ones who will admit they gained some weight. The ones who admit that they forgot to exercise. The ones that admit they hit the latest fast food joint. Those are my favorite people. Open and honest.
