I just got done reading the book by DARCY BUEHLER.I have the cd too and I'm going to listening to it.Anyone else do self-hypnosis?

    It takes more than the hypnosis to lose the weight but listening to them is like quite time for me.I'm a emotional/compulsive eater and when I'm not stressed out I don't binge out of emotions.I listen to exercise ones too.BEEN GOOD ABOUT GOING TO THE GYM TOO.I work in a high school cafateria so the food is not the best stuff.When I get off work I'm stressed out from working around it so I head for the gym even though I don't want to.Once I get on the stationary bike paddling and listening to my music I start to forget about the food.I go home listen to a cd and figure out what to have for dinner.After dinner I watch my fav shows and either do email or get on my stationary bike at home.For lent no BREADS.I caught myself eating too many crackers/bread,chips,cereal, even the low cal ones so I gave them up.Getting a little crazy with no SWEETS too.

    I haven't tried hypnosis but my mom stopped smoking more than 23 years ago by using it. Good luck

    Not hypnosis....
But everyday I try to give myself a pep talk...hence the blogs
Motivation comes from within....
it takes thinking thin but it takes DOING more

    I tried a while ago, but it didn't make an impact (that I'm aware of).
