Today went well with my plan. I woke up super late. Which made it a lot easier to maintain eating only 500 calories for the entire day. Had I woken up early in the morning and work always end at 11:15 p.m., I would have been starving. Basically, I had my breakfast around noon which consisted of half a grapefruit (gross) and a glass of water. I hate grapefruit so I had to remind myself, it's a healthy choice. I went for my usual Macchiato at the Italian Market, the smell of pastry was sooo tempting but I sat there and enjoy my Macchiato and glass of water. I had my lunch around 3:30 p.m. which consisted of a cup of fat free cottage cheese with hot sauce. Later on I had the other half of the grapefruit as a snack. Supper, I had taken a seasoned chicken from home and prepared it at work mixed it with my spinach and boy was that soooo filling and yummy. I was telling my friend that a food that's tasty is probably unhealthy lol but it was chicken breast with no fat on it and no grease just roasted pepper seasoning, salt and lemon juice. no dressing for the spinach just the juice from the chicken when mixed worked perfectly. Around 10 p.m. I snacked on a cup of strawberries which still allow me to remain around my daily calories intake. My only concern is if I'm allowed to eat that late.
