Tuesday's I usually do a spinning class and abs. I was late. It all worked out in the end. I almost burned just as many calories today as I do in one 1hr class. It felt so good to change things up. I think I will add it to at least 2 workouts a week.
I worked on legs today. Between the weight machines and my 200 squats...boy does my legs feel like rubber. I was still able to get home and make a healthy meal. Couscous, steamed veggies, and roasted chicken legs. I left the skin on to keep the chicken moist. Spices are my friend. I add various kinds to avoid adding salt. The seasonings go right through the skin and add a burst of flavour. My chicken never tastes the same, so I can't get bored.
