I Forgot How Much I Love Circuit Training!!

Tuesday's I usually do a spinning class and abs. I was late. It all worked out in the end. I almost burned just as many calories today as I do in one 1hr class. It felt so good to change things up. I think I will add it to at least 2 workouts a week.

I worked on legs today. Between the weight machines and my 200 squats...boy does my legs feel like rubber. I was still able to get home and make a healthy meal. Couscous, steamed veggies, and roasted chicken legs. I left the skin on to keep the chicken moist. Spices are my friend. I add various kinds to avoid adding salt. The seasonings go right through the skin and add a burst of flavour. My chicken never tastes the same, so I can't get bored.

    You know my mouth started watering while reading your blog and looking at that plate of food. It was like I could almost smell it (lol). Those squats are killers aren't they? I'm up to 95 today. Good for you on switching things up and loving it. Keep up the great work

    That meal looks yummy!!! Why is my stomach growling?? lol.... Spinning burns mega calories plus it keeps burning aftermath...Change is good- keep the body guessing :)

    Switching up exercise is always good! Yesterday instead of my normal trainer had someone else. Same machine (gravity) but what a different workout - even the same exercises, doing them slightly different made a difference. I never really like Circuit Training when I am doing it but afterwards it feels so good!
