Adversity or Procrastination, one or the other kept me from my run training for a few guilt-stricken days. Oh, I know I hurt my ankle on Friday and so I *could* claim adversity was keeping me sedentary. But really? Really, I suspect I could have run yesterday but I didn't "feel" like it. I think I have to call that procrastination : )
Whichever it was, I overcame it today by shoveling snow for half an hour, dreadmilling for an hour and stretching for 2o minutes. Fitness Tracker likes me again and more to the point I like me again!
Thanks, GETSTRONGRRR for your blog yesterday. It gave me the kick in the pants I needed to get back to training for my April 10k.
