Made my first lasagna

A bit disappointed how it turned out. Not enough filling, but a servings is still 448 calories. Next time I will make the meat and sauce the night before. Maybe with more flavor it will be satisflying.

6am BK: cappuccino
10am Snack: yogurt, strawberires and granola
2pm Lunch: soup & roll
8pm Dinner: lasagna and salad

    It takes time to learn how to do that so give yourself some slack on this. It is a hard dish to make.

    I've never been a big fan of lasagna fr some reason. I'm not really a red sauce person.

  You may need to up your calories for breakfast and lunch so that you aren't as hungry at dinner. I've found that balancing them out during the day really helps.
