A bit disappointed how it turned out. Not enough filling, but a servings is still 448 calories. Next time I will make the meat and sauce the night before. Maybe with more flavor it will be satisflying.
6am BK: cappuccino
10am Snack: yogurt, strawberires and granola
2pm Lunch: soup & roll
8pm Dinner: lasagna and salad
