I brought a salad to work today and forgot salad dressing. I am not at the point where I can just eat plain lettuce. So I used hummus, it was storebought but it was better than nothing. It was surprising good and filling! I just took my lettuce leaves and dipped them in the hummus. I think in the future, I will do this again.
My husband said that everyone at his work is trying the Wheat Belly diet. I was curious and read about it. From what I can see you can still eat meat and fruit is limited. I think it makes more sense and is more healthy to have variety of fruits in one's diet. It is very interesting to see various's Doctor's take on nutrition. I will stick with ETL.
