Today my sister helped me schedule a doctors appointment, so now I officially have a doctor's appointment (Thanks to my sister!). I am looking forward to the appointment on Friday. I really want to find out how my health is.

Lately eating healthy, weight loss, and stuff hasn't been great. I went from 222 lbs to 228 lbs (found that out from weighing in tonight at the health class, although I am going to weigh in again tomorrow because I find that weighing in the evening isn't quite accurate).

In the past few days eating hasn't been great. While my mom, sister and I were out of town for the dog show, we ended up eating out a lot. I also have been eating a lot of junk too.... Although today was sort of a good day for eating. I ate fruit with the chicken and homemade potato wedges that I had, but then for breakfast I had donuts and had a hamburger and fries.

For the past week I wasn't able to meet the goal of going to the gym 4-5 times. :/ We went to denver and I couldn't find transportation to get there. I am definately am going to try to meet my goal for exercising this week. At health class tonight, Some people recommended some things that I should try for my loss of motivation to exercise.

Today I tried starfruit for the first time. My mom thought that it tasted like watered down cantalope, and my sister and I thought it tasted sort of like an apple. It was good too.

  good to try new foods that are healthy. ou never know, you might find something that you really love.
