... I look up to this lady. She is such an inspiration to me. At 70+ she is amazing.

My workout(s) today:
- Am/Pm walks: 2 hours
- Les Mills, Combat core workout - 20 mins
- Cardio: Heavy bag workout with The Addiction workout: 23 minutes
Breakfast: Bacon/Cheese crustless quiche from the "Everyday Low Carb Slow Cooker cookbook"
Lunch: pork chop, sweet potato & cauliflower rice sauteed in basil flavored EVOO (Trader Joe's) w/green pepper & sun-dried tomatoes
Dinner: Oven-Fried Tilapia (no veggies)
