I got up at 4:30 a.m. for work and I didn't get home until 9:00 p.m. Had to log into SparkPeople just to make sure I got all of my food added. I am so tired and I got NO physical activity today...just sat at my desk until 3:00 and then went to continuing education where I sat for the rest of the day, until it was time to get in my car to come home. I didn't even get to go to lunch! This kind of schedule makes being healthy difficult. I am hoping that tomorrow will be better!
