my goal was to LOSE 2 lbs a month not GAIN! LOL
i have been riding bike a bit but no weight is going down.
am pushing myself today to walk more and walk faster and to watch what I am eating closer to make myself accountable.
hoping to maybe try to start running maybe. It's ALWAYS been the hardest thing for me to do but everyone that does it seems to love it and of course they shed the pounds.
i thought it would be a good alternate cardio workout to the bike riding....
we'll see. i have to wait till i get new shoes. and we'll have to see how my injured foot does...
