My cheat week pretty much ruined me.
I over indulged and over ate.
I'm pretty sure I decimated my gut bacteria.
I've been over eating by 100-200 calories since sunday and it needs to stop.
No more unnecessary snacks.
No going to stores and spending excess money.
Junk food brought home will go straight to the pantry.
I am going to get below 200 before my birthday. I will.
I also will get to 185 pounds by the end of the year.
