Day One, Workout One

Had a good workout this evening, though it's a little deflating to be so out of shape. Last year I could have done the workout I just did three times and not feel as "worked out" as I do right now. But oh well, that was then, this is now. One down, 105 left to go!
Tomorrow? Simply 5k walk/jog and that's it. It's very cold in Minnesota right now, wind chills reaching -20 or lower, so I'll definitely be doing this one on the treadmill. Soon enough, it'll be outside day after day--can't wait!
