It's 30 degrees here and we're having a heat wave. It's quite pleasant after going through below zero weather. Although everything is melting, but that just means Spring is coming. Got all my goals done yestarday. Didn't get quite a walk in. I went over the 2000 calorie mark.
My goals for Wednesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 mintues of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or below the 2000 calorie mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
