Thank you for the comments but I am only 5 feet tall or short, and I am afraid that all the weight I have to lose is in my gut. I did lose 11 pounds (the slow way) which was also my stomach.
It made me look pregnant and it is no good to carry all the weight in the middle. Trust me I know the fat is real. I have rolls that I aim to get rid of.If I could push it up to my top I'd be one busty gal, but it doesn't work that way. :(
I did P90X Arms and back, I wanted to try these videos my son gave. Plus I did 5627 steps,2.21 miles 1132 calories burned and I ate pretty good except for that chocolate.
BUT 7 days no chips or fries. PRETTY good.

    I know just what you're talking about! I am 5'2" and 125.6 on my last weigh-in, it all accumulates in the middle/torso, muffin top and a half. emoticon I started out in 2010 at 134. I went down to 113 last fall. I will be contented at 115. You will do it! Congratulations on the no chips and fries! emoticon
