Waiting for the wagon to come around so I can jump back on....

Tuesday, February 19, 2013

Well, on a note about the accident..the other driver said he had a green light which I know is a lie. I guess we will just see if they can find out the truth in their investigation.....enough on the depressing stuff... :)

Ok, on a diet note: I ate a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup that my son had made and brought over for me last night. I had a normal breakfast and then forgot my lunch. My boss(who I am competing against in the weight loss challenge) was kind enough to share her food with me. :) Now, I am really glad I brought her in lunch a few times. I hope to have a normal dinner tonight and get back on track.

ON my exercise; I did none today of course. I may try a little tomorrow just to see exactly how sore I really am, but I have no goals for tomorrow. I just need a starting point again. :D

I am sure I will be back 'on the wagon' in no time....even if I have to hitch my horses to it! LOL emoticon

It just sounds like you don't live a routine scheduled life but you are making adjustments as you go along. And your adjustments are still within your dietary restraints. You may not be on the wagon you want to be on due to time contraints but you are still on the right path. emoticon

When that wagon comes along I just know you're gonna make a big leap back on!! Sometimes a day without exercise is good for the muscles, gives them healing time..and yours have been knocked around, so you should feel no guilt!!
