The challenge in my program today was to consider eating enough to be sensibly full and when I was hungry. It was more of a challenge today as I had a luncheon to attend. However, I have a great breakfast that I fall back upon. It is well balanced with ground flaxseed added to my yogurt along with the blueberries. I also have one piece of sprouted bread with a light coating of peanut butter.
One intuitive days I will have raw veggies and a piece of grilled chicken for lunch. My snack is an apple or cherries. I will have an evening snack of 24 almonds. On intutive days I select salmon for supper with a salad. I may have a whole wheat roll dipped in olive oil.
I used to crave desserts. Now I find fruits and nuts to be the end all in desserts.
