Day two cleanse

Well today was a bit more challenging than day one. I'm not as huge of a fan of veggies as fruits, but I made it. I have a snack already laid out for later incase I would like something again - and I'm sure i will. I just stuffed myself with a whole bowl of steamed broccoli and some the also had some celery. I can admit that I cheated just a little bit today. I had celery twice, but I can't eat it by itself so I had just a dab of peanut butter with it. Less than 2 tablespoons for sure though. So i guess that isn't too bad. I have some organic granola with piece of strawberry and dark chocolate that is really tempting me, but I have been good and haven't eaten any of it! My small snack for later will be carrots (if i want them) and an avocado - I love avocados! Just a small pinch of salt and BAM super yummy. Although, I'm not sure if this cleanse allows salt, either way I have been using it in a super tiny amount if I do use any at all. Overall today was fine. Some people have said it was really difficult doing this and so far I have been fine. The only that is bothering me is that there isn't much variety, but I'm not having terrible cravings. Tomorrow will be day 3 and I'm proud of myself for sticking to it this long! I've never done anything like this before, but I think I'm doing pretty good. :) This morning I also got a workout in, a good 30 minutes on the elliptical and then some great ab work (Thank you Pinterest! - I quite love that site). I may so some legs/butt later, I have to try to great ready for summer, haha! Anyway, hope you are all doing well and thanks for taking time to read. Oh, and by the way, tomorrow will be a mix of fruits and veggies, but I don't think I'll have a problem. I have a 12 hours nursing clinical shift tomorrow and it will fly by. :) Post tomorrow!
