Get that body moving

Please excuse a few times when I thought I was video taping my dog Cloe, I am not good at aiming at what I want yet. Good day, Parked away from stores, walked more and did a mall walk. Did Jrecks, 1/2 ham/cheese, lite on mayo/russian, And small soda no refill, made dinner no just water till morning. Yes we can all do it, little steps at a time, get that body moving, even if it is only 5 or 10 minutes at a time, it all adds up.

I can't believe you know what Jrecks is... you must be from Northern NY because I grew up with Jrecks in Northern NY! Yes it is very addicting tastes so much better than Subway.     You're right, it all adds up. I found that making a few small changes not only was successful but made it easier to make other changes.

It sounds like you have a good plan.
