Today I had a workout partner
my daughter!! She has decided that she wants to weight train with me
which is awesome because we can push it either and workout even harder then if we did it on our own! Today we did Cathe Freidrich's Low Impact Series full body trisets- 48 minute premix. Let me tell you..THAT HURT!!
Yesterday was my first day back on carb cycling and mom made homemade porridge buns made with flax seed and whole rolled oats...
and so healthy but it was low carb day and that means...low carbs..so I didn't want to eat any...so I kept on fighting the craving telling myself that if I got through my low carb day I could have one for breakfast
so I did!! I made it through yesterday with flying colours!! And it tasted very good today...no guilt feelings
So today is the day that my body is melthing
