Well, this is the second day in a row I've managed to go to the gym after work, eat fruit with at least two meals, and I've tracked what I ate! I'm still not paying attention to the number of calories, but oddly I seem to be staying in my calorie range anyway, or pretty close to it. I am also not actually working out yet, but that wasn't part of my goals so I don't feel guilty about it. There is really something to this small goals thing, I'm feeling really accomplished & I've not actually done anything yet. I love it! At this rate I'm going to wake up skinny one day & not know how it happened!
I'm also still tracking my sugar cravings for the sweet tooth challenge, and I had no idea I was tempted by & gave into sugar as often as I do! Wow, apparently I've just been eating it without thinking about it. Now that I'm writing down every time I have a craving or eat sugar I'm keenly aware of how often it really happens.
