Wednesday 2/20/2013 my changes in my diet

I have started eating more whole grains and also will be eating baked chips instead of fried ,the place i work has gone to more healthy choices so i am serious about changing my food habits,i have realized that i need to make more healthy food choices. emoticon emoticon
